1. About Project You Boat
Project You Boat is a community-funded initiative working toward the acquisition, preparation, and operation of a sailing vessel intended for shared experiences, exploration, and onboard participation.
All funds raised through the website contribute toward the development of the project and its stated goals. Project You Boat is not an investment opportunity and does not offer equity, ownership, or guaranteed outcomes.
2. Nature of Contributions
All payments made on this website — including raffle entries, donations, and ticket purchases — are considered contributions in support of the project.
By participating, you acknowledge that Project You Boat is a developing initiative and that outcomes depend on successful fundraising, acquisition, and operational readiness of the vessel.
3. Raffle Competitions
3.1 Purpose of Raffles
Raffle competitions are offered as a way for supporters to participate in the project while contributing to its funding. Raffles are designed to build engagement and momentum and are one of several revenue streams supporting Project You Boat.
3.2 Entries and Odds
- Each raffle has a maximum number of entries.
- Entries are allocated from a fixed pool.
- Progress indicators represent the number of entries allocated relative to the total available.
- Bundles or multiple-entry options may be offered to encourage greater support. All entries count equally toward the same draw.
3.3 Prizes
- Raffle prizes are experiential in nature and relate to potential future participation in Project You Boat.
- Prizes have no guaranteed monetary value.
- Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
- Prizes are contingent on the successful completion of the project.
3.4 Non-Completion
If Project You Boat does not reach completion, raffle prizes may not be redeemable. By entering a raffle, you accept this risk and understand that your contribution supports the project regardless of outcome.
4. Donations
- Donations are voluntary contributions made in support of Project You Boat and its mission.
- Donations do not guarantee participation, rewards, or experiences.
- Donations are not refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Donations represent belief in and support of the project’s vision.
5. Ticket Purchases (Future Participation)
Ticket purchases represent an early commitment toward potential future participation onboard Project You Boat.
5.1 Nature of Tickets
- Tickets are not a guarantee of service.
- Tickets do not represent ownership, equity, or a contractual right to board.
- Fulfilment is contingent on project completion and operational readiness.
5.2 Priority and Allocation
Ticket holders may receive priority consideration for future participation opportunities; however, final scheduling, availability, and participation remain subject to practical, safety, and operational constraints.
6. Project Completion & Contingency
Project You Boat’s success depends on multiple factors, including but not limited to:
- Fundraising progress
- Vessel availability
- Regulatory compliance
- Safety and operational feasibility
In the event that the project does not reach a stage where participation or experiences can be delivered:
- Experiential rewards may not be fulfilled
- Contributions will be considered support for the attempted development of the project
- No guarantee of refunds is implied unless explicitly stated
7. No Investment or Financial Return
Participation in Project You Boat does not constitute an investment. Contributors should not expect financial returns, profit sharing, or asset ownership.
All contributions are made for experiential, participatory, and community-support purposes only.

Any changes will be made in good faith and communicated to supporters where reasonably possible.
