How often is the newsletter sent?

Our supporter newsletter is sent monthly, typically in the first week of each month. During particularly eventful periods (major voyages, significant milestones), we may send additional special editions.

When do live Q&A sessions happen?

Live Q&A sessions are held monthly, usually on a weekend to accommodate different time zones. We announce dates at least two weeks in advance, and all sessions are recorded for those who can't attend live.

Can I upgrade my tier later?

Absolutely! You can upgrade your tier at any time. When you upgrade, you'll immediately gain access to all the benefits of your new tier. Contact us if you need help with the transition.

How long does early access last?

Wake and Compass supporters typically get 2-4 weeks of early access to films and journals before public release. For major documentary releases, this window may be even longer.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, as well as PayPal. Your payment information is securely processed and we never store your card details.
